FAQ

Before you book

How much does the initial consultation cost and how do I pay?

The fee for the initial consultation is confirmed before your appointment. Payment is made at the office or by bank transfer.

Is a video consultation confidential?

Yes. Video consultations run on the studio’s own dedicated server, with a unique room for each appointment that opens only minutes before it starts.

Which documents should I prepare?

For the first meeting, an ID document and any papers related to your matter are enough. The professional will guide you on the rest.

Can you represent me while I am abroad?

In many cases, yes, through a power of attorney. During the consultation we explain how to issue one from the country where you live.
